"It always brightens my day when I find Farrah teaching as my Qi gong instructor. Very knowledgeable, Farrah explains the purpose and benefits of each movement as she leads the class through them. Very upbeat and cheerful, I always finish the class feeling better from it."
— Leland C.
“Being 90 years old this December, and having minimal physical limitations, I do Qi Gong sitting in a chair. Farrah's continuous explanations as to what each movement addresses for each part of our bodies is stimulating and so very interesting. This encourages me to work harder in my movements. I think I know my body until I listen to her. This is physically amazing, along with mental therapy. Her gentle attitude and concentration is comforting and builds confidence as to what I can accomplish.”
